Returns
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@mindnbodyathletics.com or WhatsApp us on 0957090888. We will provide you with further instructions, including the return address if necessary. If you purchased the item from one of our official outlets, please return it to the same outlet.
Please note that we reserve the right to approve or decline returns based on the reasons provided by our personnel upon inspection of the products.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take 1-3 days from the date of a successful return.
